I don't think you are on the level anymore Tempting, you are a negative at every turn.
Take a holiday, sounds like you need one, you may be able to use a travel company you know of to arrange your travels.
Enjoy your day, the sun will rise tomorrow and if you are investing in shares you don't need the money in the short term so it can jump around, however at some point soon, the world will normalize.
