Good summary, the bottom line is there is no net profit after shuffling the deck a few times in the last few years. They have been in Singapore more than a settling in period and should be providing results which they are not. Look at the CEO salary when he started and what he is on now. He had shown nothing in adding value when it comes to the bottom line and doesn’t justify his salary.

Take out the acquisitions profits and you have nothing ( good business bringing them in)

This would have been an ideal time to “grow” since relocating to Singapore and realigning the business to take advantage of Covid The last few years which the ERP and solutions are built for.

All they are doing is getting back to normal after the last few years Covid slump, they didn’t know how to take advantage of the situation that they promoted they would. I mistakenly thought they would have advanced.

Lots of ways to breakdown the figures but bottom line is every year they still are not breaking away to realise profits and this comes from a team full of Accountants! Obviously they have an S&OP process that doesn’t function or nobody held to account within the Exec team on results.

I don’t have confidence at present that it will change in the medium term but still looking towards end of FY report with interest. Can only hope they are pivoting strongly towards enterprise business.
