Yes, B-Heart and Cornea will statistically be dusters so buying on (probable) bad news for a cheap entry to Artemis in 2010 could be good.
Alternatively, those who think B-Heart/Cornea will attract punter interest can take a position now and lighten up/take profits as drilling procedes.
Thats assuming MOG get their funding in the first place of course.
I cant predict how the market will react to the upcoming drilling however I do think MOG will be able to place any RI shortfall and achieve their funding target.
