As you pointed out, chalk and cheese, Hochtief already owned 70% and bought out the remaining 30%, i am guessing to remove from the exchange, and break up and sell off as Cimic / CPB are burning cash
These constant T/O talks are ridiculous and hurt the IMu SP as there has been 0 evidence of IMU having any T/O talks to date.
