Disagree, there are holes everywhere in your argument. It's approximately a 1 for 3, so how are they going to sell at 5.3 and buy again and make a profit. If all shareholders can average down, how is one substantial holder advantaged? You would only be disadvantaged if you didn't take up the offer. Only time will tell if we are throwing good money after bad. Sometimes it's better to take your losses. This is a very bad outcome for an experienced board. it's good ground , but the mill needs dough spent on it & a lot of money on drilling
