Ann: MKR A$5Million Placement for Silver transition, page-8

I think the terms are 'OK'...... but not good for existing shareholders.MKR has paid $300k (initial fees to evolution) to get $5mil in cash and have also created future dilution of 21mil shares (~8%) at a ~50% premium to the last traded price (prior to raise).

At least retailers can now top up this morning at 30c if you have the spare cash.... I managed to grab a few more... I think that's it for me... now will this ride to finally get moving?!? As Silver is on the charge again at the moment and the transition of Wonawinta to silver looks to be right in the sweet spot.... so MKR will be getting a lot more exposure in the coming months.
