are sellers seling themselves short

I was looking at .009 and 1 cents, thinking if the flow rates are good these guys are really selling themselves short. On good results it will swollow these levels and move up higher, Investors missing out on thousands,but thats my way of thinking Like the guy selling a .008 if he matched the bids a .009 and 1 cent on open he would make an extra $570 then sell the rest into .008. Sometimes I wonder if people really think when selling why they don't try for the best outcome.
