I'm pretty sure your initial post is correct.
It was always 19.99%
But the government changed it to 24.99 to protect companies when covid hit. (Pretty sure on that)
I just don't know if it went back to 19.99
Remember why Lang didn't have to disclose a change in substantial holdings?
