I am sure Eric or others will clarify, but my understanding of Eric's message was that to shortsell a stock, the shortsellers have to borrow somebody else's shares via a broker.

Presumably if all shareholders or a large majority of shareholders were to place their shares on the market [and let's be honest at this stage may be a couple of weeks or so before they hit $15.00 ] then the shortsellars would not
be able to borrow any shares, thus forcing the s/p upwards !
