Personally and as a long term holder I gain a great deal of confidence from knowing that the MD (Sakalidis) is buying into the company with his own money....and is set to buy more. The more he owns the more commitment he has and the less there is available on the general market.

As for valuation, the market once valued the company at $2.50+ a share and that was when the resource was half the size it is today. Even if only half that price is achieved it will be a satisfying result from todays prices.
