Huge news. First it was Yahua, now YongXing.
A quick 5mins research has shown YongXing, one of the big stainless steel producers in China, has been very active on the lithium front.

Last month, YongXing joined CATL to build ev battery plant. CATL's battery technology is currently used by electric vehicle manufacturers in the international market, and CATL collaborates with companies including: Hyundai, Honda, BMW, Daimler AG, Tesla, Toyota, Volkswagen, and Volvo.
Keep in mind though this is a non-binding MOU, but it would be great to see EFE enter into JV with YongXing within 3 months time to lock this in.
All these MOUs for a MC $48m company. Very exciting days ahead.
