Its not a long message. Such an error shows the carelessness of a person in a responsible position.
In some companies, he/she will get fired immediately. SYA has been partially screwed by the mutliple CRs especially during the period where rhe SP went from 0.12 down to 0.01.The market can be very sensitive to SYA raising CRs again after counless raising and dilutions.
