Extremely unlikely that this will ever reach full commercialisation in its current company/listing structure IMO.
Next phase trials will be done in the US and will progress quickly due to access to much larger numbers of patients.
Once de risked this will be an acquisition target certainly in part if not entirely by a major imaging player.
it won't happen tomorrow but the potential value upside here if that happens is massive.
