I am happy if the director conflicts is for the betterment of the company ... it may look a bit unprofessional & untidy to air dirty laundry but this is a publicly listed company so disclosure was always going to be shown .....all the directors need to be on the same page, working for share holders, and ensuring whatever decisions are made are in the best interest of the company.
I hope this is resolved quickly & professionally so the company can move on.
