I've also been watching a lot of the news commentary saying that the sanctions upon Russia are largely ineffective given Ruissia's ties with China, which to me makes sense.
as an fyi - when the DR project first got stood up under EnviroGold I am pretty certain it was financed by Macquarie Bank from my readings.
