Just to clarify that Mr H. The four year Initial Exploration period can be extended for up to 12 months (at the discretion of the Minister) to complete the work obligations/farm-out etc...ie max is 5 year first period. Then you can decide to enter the next phases; there are two of them. The First Renewal Period and the Second Renewal Period. Each last for two years. Each can be extended (I think for one year each but need to check on that).
