A few key points to make about this being worse than a very minor issue:

1. The sp has been in terminal decline, so anyone who may have sold (it may be no one) would have benefited.
2. The shares issued without disclosure were largely issued by the BOD to themselves.

The court may decide not to provide any extension in these circumstances.

It may also bring to light other issues with the ASX, and it should, as they have demonstrated appalling corporate governance since DM took over.
