    Hi Neil

I do have sympathy for your losses and the other personal items that you mentioned in the last post.

Nonetheless, I have often wondered how you regarded the concerns / questions / queries that were raised on many occasions, across many years ago? Over the years, a number of posters seemed to delight in giving contrarian posters a whack from time to time. Some of them used to whack back as well ... I suppose. I guess that's just the terrain, at times, on HC. I remember you once asked (on behalf of someone in CGB) why I used the face emoji at the end of my posts - did someone really want to know something as trivial as that? It's not important, I was simply wondering.

At times I was called a 'downramper", accused of working for another company etc. etc., blah, blah, blah. A plethora of derisory comments and derogatory remarks - the signature of many attempts at rebutting my points. The insults never concerned me - if insult is preferred above debate then that's an issue for others - not me.

Irrespective, I was often perplexed as to why seemingly capable, intelligent posters could not see what I have always considered to be rather obvious. It seemed to me, that there was little more required to be fact finding, than joining some very obvious dots. I used the term, "Hansel and Gretel breadcrumbs" in my last post. To me - it really was that simple. It is my opinion, that the breadcrumbs were there in the previous financial reports - all one had to do was follow them across the years.

Did any of the items below concern you?

    1. A debt of $1,200,000.00 owed by Volcan (a related party transaction) to CGB - simply written off. Why?
    2. Several transactions involved shares when there was cash in the bank. Why?
    3. Rents and management services contracts with AGMPL (a related party transaction). Why?
    4. There is $10 million dollars or so in the bank now and I have not seen anything from the company as to how that will be spent - much less spent in a way that will advantage shareholders. Why?
    5. I believe that the members of the board who did not buy into the "company transforming cap raise committed a thoroughly contemptuous act towards existing holders. Why did they not buy shares as they were asking others to do?

I could go on but most of it has been noted before. I just wonder why so many believed in this thing for so long. A belief so fervent that, even while their money was finding its way to a foreign jurisdiction for "research" purposes, they were disparaging contrarian posters like myself. Why?

It really is a mystery to me! biggrin.png
