From memory didn’t management agree not to participate in the Moelis non-renounceable rights issue up front so they could be guarantee $3m allocation to new investors?
Personally I’d prefer some, if not all, senior management/Directors did participate but assume it would require shareholder approval.
Tough time to raise so if partially successful will be a positive.
Left sentiment at hold but was tempted to go to buy given shakeout but waiting for raise results.
