It could be arithmetic gimmick. POD's PGM horizon is narrow (10-15m wide) in width, stretches over 15 km length, and goes vertically into the depth. Whereas CHN's PGM horizon is spread out across 1 x 2 x 0.8 km^3 volume. Some parts of CHN's deposit have very high grades. POD's Park Reefs geology seems to have occurred due to a vertical crack in the Earth's crust, like that in Merensky Reef, South Africa -- a good sign that it may be a world class deposit. We will find out in the coming months.
