    Stone laying ceremony imminent I'd say. Now with the epic outcome achieved making international news, the new ANS has been reborn. Ding being the midwife. LOL

    So a marketing campaign, IPO and relisting all up conservatively will take about 2 months. If HK where it's known for minimal red tape, things can expected to be swift.
