I'll punt!
As I write this the DOW for tonights trade is flat.
I think FMS has shown strength until today and just went under .155 and down to $0.15c.
I doubt that a 1 for 7 has given people enough shares to go crazy. I expect some seeling pressure increase but I think this will largely run with the market rather than reflect the rights issue.
Therefore, if commodities run up I think this will have upward pressure despite some people selling into it.
The danger for holders is that the market turns angry again - if so, this will get smashed like all others.

Oh, the joy of volatilty!

I'll be very surprised if my 13c a share on the 1 for 7 turns out a poor decision. If it is every other share will be trading down 10%+ IMHO.

The real upside is coming in announcements we can hope for before end Dec.
