If it was not for the US embargo on Cuba which started in 1962 the US oil companies would have been all over this and they would have depleted the reserves by now and made billions. Opportunities like this don't come along too often, maybe even once in a life time, now its up to MAY to take full advantage of this and I am sure they will, they have a good Board of Directors who have big vision/plans and get things done.
