I've been thinking that we are overdue a collective effort to get IBX management to front up and provide a clear transparent update on the current clinical trial.
From what I have heard from others, the company has been inundated with emails from current and potential shareholders for a long time now. All seeking the same information.
And it seems, almost out of stubbornness, that Bob and the rest of the BoD refuse to provide the information. Every time an announcement comes out, we all skim through it looking for the number. Only to find yet another vague comment about the trial progress.
What is the best method for shareholder activism here? Most of us on the forum are retail investors. Do we start a petition? I'm not familiar with the process.
Would also love to see a non-exec chair appointed, but maybe save that for another time.
