Sanctions are being applied to Russia from Monday excluding some Russian banks from SWIFT and possibly completely cutting them off. Putin wont be happy about that and may cut off oil and gas to EU countries, this will increase the price of oil and commodities in general, should see a decent boost to the silver price because of this.
