The SP is not reacting given how much good news is being reported, such happens.
Reasons, reasons & reasons.
But I reckon you are spot on with the speed of drilling to production to market that has been reported by the STX program announced.
I also think this is most appealing, the PB is stacking up with opportunists but of all the recent drilling and results to come, If all goes to plan I don't think they can get up quicker than W5/W6
This little pigy is going to market. $$$$$$
