sad... overpaid for Milton cooperation. 10% premium to NTA (pre tax) is what soul pattingson paid. the share price of Milton is already a discount to NTA prior to purchase. purchase pay premium to NTA when all LIC discount... furthermore they also pay Milton 52cent dividend per Milton stock... that is 52 cent out NTA out of each stock. long story shorts they pay25% premium for a company that is nearly as big as them ... crazy... giving out moneys
