Yes if everything goes perf ect maybe you are correct. Unfortunately we are just entering a Correction which recently there have been many more articles say recession. So between now and this time next year we should see much lower prices for all High PE companies and much better prices for all low PE companies. so you decide what to to do Sell your high PE and buy Low PE companies. then sell those and buy high growth again. You can read many articles that say do not panic sell and I agree with all of them. What they do not say is not to do careful studies of history figure out what will go up and down and sell in a careful way.
