I lol'd. this is a partnership in the same way my relationship with my landlord is a "partnership". (or the same way DOU's relationship with Google via adwords is a "partnership", which yes, they did try and claim a while back). Reading the last paragraph, it is clear this is a supplier/customer relationship and nothing more.
