    - Iron ore markets have deflated
    - Logistics are still not agreed
    - There isn't enough cash to buy the required infrastructure at Mt Mason.
    => I expect there'll be a need for a cap raise, likely $10m+. Stock should go down some more to make it attractive for people like me to purchase the stock and take a punt here. Risk/reward not working at current prices.
