I have mentioned several times on this forum that the BOD needs to cease being a private club of rapacious has-beens and get on with creating shareholder value as a cohesive group. Airing this latest dissension shows the extent of disagreement between them. They have not made up and there will be another maneuver to move people on. As a significant shareholder, I am pissed off.
