HFGUY wants 20% warrants and it will be his best interest to push it down. He will be getting 44mill shares @ $1.20 even though he might lose 5m share now and he will be cashing in future this free deal, by that time it might be trading 3,4or $5. I put him as a example, now if we have more like him on the card then they will all do the same.
