NCM at US$17670 = US$584M = US$64.9M pa pre-tax cashflow with LOM of 9 yrs. UBU is certainly profitable below $20k/t. Not outstanding, but profitable.

NCM at US$22982 = US$1287M = US$143M pa pre-tax cashflow with LOM of 9 yrs.

Tax looks pretty negligible at around 5%.

NCM spot has now gone through the US$26k/t mark.
