    The farce continues. Information relating to today's AGM was distributed about 1.p.m. today. There are 11 points to vote on, but most importantly you must vote "YES" for a quorum to occur to allow the meeting to go ahead. I 'phoned South Dandenong and voted over the 'phone. it appears that Mr Zhang is the troublemaker here, and may no longer be on the board.

    The whole procedure continues to suggest a bad outcome is imminent. Sad to say, that it is likely to drag on for sometime.
