Interesting. Approx the same volume of shares traded today at 4:10 as in the entire day after announcing the loss of the SJP mandate. Approx 4.5% of the company. Will be interesting to see if there is any change in substantial holdings updates. Or maybe it was just short(s) closing. Or someone hit the wrong key haha. Finally, it’s also interesting that such a large chuck of the company could be bought for a less than 2% premium to the price just before close. Lots to be learnt here when it becomes apparent what actually happened.
