I honestly reckon that '1 billion dollar business' is too conservative a call.
Think outside of Japan for now. There are other big markets on top of Japan.
China - 1.2 billion people
Taiwan - 22 million
South Korea - 60 million
Hong Kong - 6 million
Singapore - 2 million
Sashimi is considered to be at least a casual part of these people's diet.
It frightens me to think about how successful CSS can be if it can control how much SBF it produces.It's like money raining down from the sky and you dont have enough baskets to catch them all.
Take a visit to any of these countries and count how many sushi stores there are and you'll see what I mean. Especially Taiwan.
