Medgate
It’s my understanding that on the Medgate platform, all patients who indicate they have respiratory symptoms are directed to ResAppDX. However, the numbers would indicate not all tests are utilized by the consulting doctor.
1.Are my assumptions correct? If no, where amI misunderstanding?
A - Not all doctors on the Medgateplatform are using ResAppDx. The patients need to have downloaded an app.Medgate are promoting the downloading of the app to enhance the patientsexperience but it takes time to gain widespread adoption. The app is being usedin increasing numbers every quarter.
2. What is the process fordoctors to ‘opt in’ and receive the diagnosis?
A - Doctors must have had thepatient download an app in order to use ResAppDx. They also have to have acompatible smartphone.
Alodoktor
Prior to today, I assumed that the Alodoktor workflow was the same as Medgate. However, a forum poster has said that they are not directed to ResAppDX as its ‘under development’.
3. Do all Alodoktor customersget directed to ResAppDX if they indicate respiratory symptoms?
A - Same can be said with Alodokter asin answer to Q1.
4. If not, what are thecriteria for Alodoktor customers being directed to ResAppDX?
A - Same can be said withAlodokter as in answer to Q2.
5. What is the primary purposeof the COVID-19 Scientific Advisory Board? I.e. assisting with training theclassification model, promotion, regulatory?
A - The COVID Advisory Board areadvising about gaining regulatory approval and governments adoption.
6. What activities are beingundertaken to improve utilisation by the doctors on Medgate and Alodoktor?
A - We have been working with Medgateand Alodokter to promote use of the app to enhance the doctor/patientexperience. This is having success and will be reflected in forthcomingQuarterlies.
