    Does anyone think that the 'increase in foreign ownership' is to do with the takeover offer of PACMAG, received from Entree Gold yesterday? They are listed on the TSX (canada) and the DOW, hence are probably considered 'foreign' despite being 16% owned by RIO. The proposed takeover does not take affect until May 2010 if all the ducks line up.
