TD1's market cap is 1/12 of AVR so likely unrelated.
You do have to wonder at the timing. We could be up for a major innovation award which would move the share price but now we are in a TH and there would be no chance for the market to reprice.
Would waiting a day or two have made any difference?
Excuses for heavily discounted issues have been that we were desperate. That is not the case now. I hope there are no cheap options gifted this time unless it is made available to all.
