Sorry, didn't see the tag, just stumbled across this by chance today (am actually on holiday atm).
I always wondered why COE didn't pursue APA for damages, but I had thought they I had read / COE had mentioned that they had settled by way of the liquidated damages.
Would love to know more about what these damages, and what the claim is about though.
