Will this raise be used to properly diversify the shareholder register or just increase the stake of existing instos?
Will more free options be handed out?
Will the raise be done at a discount as usual?
Internal valuation of $900mil, trading at circa $200mil, stock fairly thinly traded and not much available on the sell side yet new raises are continually done at a discount with free options??!
And where is the update on timing of acceptance/submission of Early Feasibility Study to FDA?!
