It is interesting as block trades are rare for RMY, but DW is ponying up significant amounts of money for these ones so it must be taken as a bullish signal IMHO.
There is certainly creative book keeping at work to keep the SP suppressed ATM as at close everyday a 200k ish sell order appears 20minutes before close and is withdrawn at auction time to cap the days trading price.
It happens like clockwork for no reason but to keep the price in their preferred trading range.
I am looking forward to the big jump in USA revenue to get this party started!
