No doubt its frustrating mate.
However, this just adds to the value put on on one of these licenses- the harder one is to ascertain, the higher the worth of the approval.
As frustrating as it is, it shows how hard and strenuous the approval process is, making this worth more as time goes on.
Keep in mind that's the cherry on top- the current business is flying, the expenses are part of the banking expenses and recruiting top talent from NAB and many other corporate companies.
