Ex-Cleanaway CEO Vik Bansal leading a new biogas IPO. The focus is on biogas from municipal landfill, something that Cleanaway is competing for and not necessarily the core product of Delorean.
Meanwhile, "The company was expected to have $122.6 million enterprise value after the offer. On an NPAT basis, the offer valued the company at 40.7 times the forecast for this financial year." - very bullish for Delorean imho. I'll need to break down the figures more, but seems that's at least 2x Delorean's normalised NPAT PE with lower growth opportunities.
