I agree, I'll be waiting till the dust settles to consider buying but there comes a point where there may be good value with the institutional forced selling thats happening...
RSX and ERUS are two I have on the radar which are US based. Biggest question for me is whether Europe will try to sanction the oil/gas imports from Russia, or vice versa and Russia cuts them off. I think they're too dependent on eachother but lets see how we go
