I see this a little differently and have been on alert since Altor took over the Tamarind shareholding and forced in new directors. This could just be Altor and Pilot working in the background to get hold of the assets on the cheap as Pilot cannot progress without the infrastructure and the previous management and Directors were not interested in the poor offer made by Pilot previously. So why not increase your shareholding on the cheap and force a board change and do it anyway? Watch carefully.
