    It has just been announced that Russia has 27% of its reserves stored in Gold. A very prudent Investment with the current situation and its tumbling currency. China would have a similar safety net if not a higher.
    This will only increase, with other Sovereign States following suit, due to the current geopolitical and economical state of the world IMO.
