Overall this is a truly fantastic development in my opinion
on the downside:
A$15 is a very large discount
CLEARLY a leaky ship
with such large success recently I give WP the benefit of the doubt here, and acknowledge that if Perceptive have been engaged and working closely on due diligence etc with AVR for a long time, maybe the $15 is fair in that context
leaky ship is a big problem though and makes me feel like I’m going to get screwed again in future with “special” parts of the market having advance visibility of news
