If you had listened to any of Greg Baders interviews or Presentations since the release of Rentpay,
he has repeatedly stated that they are aiming to have 10% of the 2.8 million renters using Rentpay by EOFY 2023.
I agree this may be ambitious, but that is their goal!
Even the broker who is covering RNT has been more cautious and have only allowed for them to achieve
5% of the rental market by FY23, in their valuation.
