Agree - I got this one wrong.
Aren't we all experts in hindsight?
Very disappointed with the ferocity of Russia's attacks on Kyiv and Kharkiv.
I understood the desire to allow the east to become a part of Russia but not the west.
I assume that the Russians goal now is a surrender by Ukraine and the instalment of a puppet govt similar to Belarus.
I guess that gives Russia back it's Slavic buffer republics.
